About SolvePlace
SolvePlace provides free online calculators and conversion tools for general informational use. The service does not currently require an account, user login, or subscription.
By accessing or using SolvePlace, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Calculator inputs and results
You are responsible for the values, dates, and other information you enter, and for reviewing and deciding how to use any result. Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally submitted to SolvePlace.
Results are provided for general information only. They should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other specialized advice. Seek qualified advice when a decision requires professional judgment.
No warranties
SolvePlace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Although reasonable care is taken in developing the tools, you should independently verify results before relying on them for an important decision.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolvePlace will not be liable for losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from or related to your access to, inability to use, or reliance on the service or its results.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Acceptable use
You may use SolvePlace only for lawful purposes. You must not abuse the service; interfere with its normal operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users’ devices; introduce malicious code; overwhelm or disrupt the service; or use it in connection with illegal activity.
Intellectual property
The SolvePlace name and brand, and the site’s original content, visual design, interface, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where the site expressly allows it or applicable law permits it, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without permission.
These terms do not transfer ownership of any SolvePlace intellectual property to you.
External links
SolvePlace may include links to websites or services operated by others. Those services have their own terms and practices. SolvePlace does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or conduct.
Changes to the service or these terms
SolvePlace may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service and may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Your continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to your subsequent use.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws and subject to the courts that apply based on the relevant circumstances and applicable legal rules. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
